Be mindful of your surroundings; Spend time with family/friends; Engage in meaningful conversations with people around you; Avoid being too caught up in materialistic items/activities; Be aware of how you spend your time; Focus on what is important in life.

The hadith narrated by Ibn 'Abbas tells us about the importance of focusing on our companions and not getting distracted by worldly things. In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) took a ring and put it on. He noticed that he was getting distracted from his companions as he kept shifting his gaze between them and the ring. To avoid this distraction, he threw away the ring so that he could focus solely on his companions without any distractions. This teaches us to be mindful of our surroundings and not get too caught up in worldly things that can distract us from what is important in life - spending time with family or friends or engaging in meaningful conversations with people around us. We should also be aware of how we spend our time so that we don't get too caught up in materialistic items or activities which can take away precious moments from those who matter most to us.
