Prohibiting the Use of Saffron on Skin

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad forbade men from using saffron on their skin.

It was narrated that Anas said: "The Messenger of Allah forbade men to use saffron on their skin".
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُقَدَّمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَنْ يُزَعْفِرَ الرَّجُلُ جِلْدَهُ
