Cursing Those with Separated Teeth

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) cursing those who have their teeth separated and Abdullah affirming that he will also curse them.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "May Allah curse Al-Mutanamisah and who have their teeth separated. Shall I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah SAW cursed?"
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْمُتَنَمِّصَاتِ وَالْمُتَفَلِّجَاتِ أَلاَ أَلْعَنُ مَنْ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) curse on those who have their teeth separated, known as Al-Mutanamisah in Arabic. Abdullah then affirmed that he too would curse them, showing his loyalty to the teachings of the Prophet. This hadith teaches us to follow in the footsteps of our beloved prophet and not go against his teachings or orders. It also shows us how important it is to stay loyal to Allah and His Messenger, even if it means going against what we may think or feel is right.
