QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your possessions, Use them responsibly with moderation

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught us many values, one of which is to be mindful of our possessions. He prohibited the wearing of gold in large pieces as it can lead to pride and arrogance. He also prohibited riding on Al-Mayathir, which was a type of horse that was used for showmanship or for boasting about one’s wealth. These teachings remind us to be humble and not to flaunt our possessions or wealth, but rather use them responsibly and with moderation.
