Take care of one's appearance, use natural products instead of chemicals .

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught us that henna and katam are beneficial for changing gray hair. Henna is a plant-based dye used to color the skin, nails, hair, and fabrics. It is made from the leaves of the Lawsonia inermis shrub which grows in tropical climates. Katam is a natural dye made from a shrub found in Yemen called lawsonia alba. It has been used since ancient times to darken grey hairs as well as to condition them. Both henna and katam can be used together or separately to change grey hairs back to their original color or even darker shades depending on how long they are left on the hair. This hadith teaches us that we should take care of our appearance by using natural products such as henna and katam instead of chemical dyes which may damage our hair over time.
