Keep your promises and be honest with your words; Visit holy places like Masjid al Haram; Respect Allah SWT by being truthful with your words; Be mindful of making vows you cannot keep or do not intend to keep; Always strive to fulfill your vows if you have made them.

This hadith is about the importance of fulfilling vows. In this hadith, Umar bin Al-Khattab made a vow to perform I'tikaf in Al-Masjid al Haram for one night and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ encouraged him to fulfill it.
