Forbidden Practice of Al-Qaza'

SUMMARY: Allah has forbidden the Prophet from shaving part of the head and leaving part.

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that : The Prophet SAW said: "Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has forbidden me from Al-Qaza' (to shave part of the head and leave part)".
أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ نَهَانِي اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَنِ الْقَزَعِ

This hadith is about Allah's prohibition on a practice called Al-Qaza'. This practice involves shaving one side of the head and leaving some hair on the other side.
