Growing and Trimming Facial Hair

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) instructed to let the beard grow and trim the mustache.

Ibn 'Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah SAW said: 'Let the beard grow and trim the mustache'."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ أَعْفُوا اللِّحَى وَأَحْفُوا الشَّوَارِبَ
