This hadith is about following certain practices as part of the Sunnah, which is a way to follow Prophet Muhammad's teachings and example. These ten practices are using a siwak, trimming one's mustache, rinsing one's mouth and nose, letting one's beard grow, trimming one's nails, plucking armpit hairs, circumcision for boys and men, shaving pubic hair for both men and women and washing one’s backside after using the restroom. All these practices are important to follow in order to stay clean and healthy according to Islamic teachings. It is also important to remember that these are not just physical acts but also spiritual ones that help us stay close with Allah SWT by following His Prophet’s example.
