Price of Shields During the Time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The price of a shield during the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was ten Dirhams.

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said: "The price of a shield at the time of the Messenger of Allah was ten Dirhams".
أَخْبَرَنَا خَلاَّدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ ثَمَنُ الْمِجَنِّ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ عَشْرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ
