This hadith is about the ruling of Prophet Muhammad regarding the payment of diyah, or blood money, when someone kills another person. In this case, it was a woman from Banu Lihyan who killed her co-wife with a tent pole. The Prophet ruled that the killer must pay diyah to the family of the slain woman and also give a slave as diyah for the unborn child in her womb.
