This hadith is about the importance of ethical business practices. It was narrated from Anas that there was a man who had some mental disabilities and used to buy and sell. His family came to the Prophet and asked him to stop him from doing so. The Prophet called the man and told him not to do it, but he said that he could not bear being away from business. The Prophet then advised him that if he did engage in any deals, then he should make sure that there is no intention of deceiving anyone involved in it.
