QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful when consuming food and drinks according to Islamic teachings

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the foods and drinks that are forbidden in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad forbade eating animals that had been taken as targets, the milk of Al-Jallalah, and drinking directly from water skins. Taking an animal as a target means to hunt it for sport or fun rather than for food. Al Jallalah refers to animals that eat dung or other impure substances which makes their milk impure too. Drinking directly from water skins means not filtering or boiling the water first before consuming it which can be dangerous due to potential contamination. These teachings emphasize the importance of being mindful of what we consume in order to maintain our physical health and spiritual purity according to Islamic teachings.
