Be mindful even when faced with difficult circumstances like hunger or poverty; strive for righteousness; obey orders given by superiors; follow instructions given by prophets/messengers/envoys etc.; be patient during hard times; have faith in God's plan etc..

This Hadith is about abstaining from eating unlawful food. It was narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah that the Prophet sent them with Abu 'Ubaidah on a campaign and their supplies ran out. They passed by a whale that had been cast ashore by the sea and wanted to eat from it, but Abu 'Ubaidah told them not to as they were envoys for the sake of Allah. When they came back, the Prophet said if they had anything left of it then send it to him as he was pleased with their abstinence in eating something unlawful even though there was no other food available for them at that time. This Hadith teaches us about being mindful when we are in need or desperate situations so we don't fall into sinning or doing something wrong just because we are desperate or hungry. We should always strive for righteousness even when faced with difficult circumstances like hunger or poverty as this is what pleases Allah SWT most and will be rewarded greatly in this life and hereafter InshaAllah!
