Obey Allah's commands

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, prohibited the consumption of donkey meat on the day of Khaibar. This prohibition was revealed to him by Allah and is a part of Islamic law. It is important to note that this prohibition applies only to domesticated donkeys and not wild ones.
