QUICK LESSONS:
Abstain from certain types of transactions
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that certain transactions are forbidden in Islam. These include paying for a dog, paying the fees of a fortune teller and giving gifts to female fornicators. Dogs are considered unclean animals in Islam and it is not permissible to pay money for them. Similarly, it is forbidden to seek knowledge from soothsayers or diviners as this goes against Islamic teachings. Lastly, it is prohibited to give gifts or money to those who commit immoral acts such as adultery or fornication as this encourages them in their sinful behavior. All these transactions are strictly forbidden in Islam and should be avoided at all costs.
