QUICK LESSONS:
Seek justice through legal channels whenever possible; Use force only when necessary; Strive for peace first before resorting to violence as a last resort

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the permissibility of shedding the blood of someone who wields a weapon and starts to strike people with it. This means that if someone is attacking another person or group, then it is permissible for them to defend themselves by any means necessary, including using force if needed. The hadith also teaches us that we should not take matters into our own hands and resort to violence without due cause, as this could lead to unnecessary bloodshed. Instead, we should always seek justice through legal channels whenever possible.

The values taught in this hadith are self-defense, justice, and restraint from violence without due cause. We must remember that while self-defense is permissible in certain situations, we must always strive for peace first before resorting to violence as a last resort.
