QUICK LESSONS:
Respect your masters & fulfill your duties towards them peacefully
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that it is forbidden for a slave to run away from his or her master and join the enemy. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that if a slave does this, then it becomes permissible to shed their blood. This means that they can be killed in order for justice to be served. We must remember that Allah has given us rights and responsibilities as slaves of Allah, and we must always strive to fulfill our duties towards our masters with respect and kindness. We should also remember that running away from our masters is not an option; instead, we should try our best to work out any issues with them in a peaceful manner.
