QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of yourself by using beneficial practices like cupping if needed even when engaging in religious activities such as ihram or fasting .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of cupping while in a state of ihram and fasting. Cupping is an ancient medical practice that involves placing heated cups on the skin to create suction. It is believed to help with pain relief, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and detoxify the body. The Prophet Muhammad practiced this during his time in ihram which is a sacred state for Muslims who are performing Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca. He also practiced it while observing a fast which means he abstained from food or drink during certain hours of the day as part of his spiritual devotion. This hadith teaches us that even when we are engaging in religious activities such as ihram or fasting we should not neglect our physical health but instead take care of ourselves by using beneficial practices like cupping if needed.
