QUICK LESSONS:
Keep your word and honor your commitments no matter what circumstances you are in . Do good deeds for those who have passed away .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of fulfilling one's vows even after death. Sa'd bin 'Ubadah's mother had made a vow but was unable to fulfill it before she passed away. The Prophet advised him to fulfill it on her behalf, showing that promises should be kept even after death. This teaches us that we should always strive to keep our word and honor our commitments, no matter what the circumstances may be. It also shows us that we should not forget about those who have passed away and still try to do good deeds in their name, as this will benefit them in the afterlife.
