EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah states that the Prophet Muhammad was considering not accepting gifts from anyone except those from certain tribes. These tribes were the Quraishis, Ansaris, Thaqafis and Dawsis. This hadith teaches us to be generous and accept gifts with gratitude even if it is small or insignificant. It also teaches us to be mindful of our actions and think before we act as the Prophet Muhammad did in this case. We should also remember that no matter where someone comes from or what tribe they belong to, we should treat them with respect and kindness as Allah has commanded us to do so in the Quran.
