The Prophet Muhammad organized two horse races in order to bring people together and promote healthy competition. The first race was from Al-Hafya' to Thaniyat Al-Wada', while the second was for horses that had not been made lean, stretching from Ath-Thaniyyah to the Masjid of Banu Zuraiq.
