This hadith is about a woman named Fatimah bint Qais who was married to Abu 'Amr bin Hafs bin Al-Mughirah and was divorced by him with three talaqs. She then went to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for advice on what she should do next and he told her to move into the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, a blind man.
