Protection of Medina from Plague and Ad-Dajjal

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that Medina is protected by angels from plague and the false messiah, Ad-Dajjal.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "There are angels guarding the entrances (or roads) of Medina, neither plague nor Ad-Dajjal will be able to enter it".
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُجْمِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏.‏ ‏ "‏ عَلَى أَنْقَابِ الْمَدِينَةِ مَلاَئِكَةٌ، لاَ يَدْخُلُهَا الطَّاعُونُ وَلاَ الدَّجَّالُ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us about the protection of the city of Medina. According to this hadith, Allah has sent angels to guard the entrances of Medina so that neither plague nor Ad-Dajjal can enter it. This shows us how much Allah loves His people and how He protects them from harm. It also teaches us that we should always have faith in Allah's power and trust in His protection. We should also strive to live our lives according to His teachings so that we can be worthy of His blessings.
