Strive hard in the cause of Allah , Respect people with disabilities , Do good deeds according to one's capabilities .

This hadith is about the equality between believers who can go for jihad and those who cannot due to physical disabilities. It was narrated by Sahl Bin Sa’d that he saw Marwan Bin Al Hakam sitting with him and telling them about a revelation given to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The revelation stated that believers who strive hard and fight in the cause of Allah are not equal to those who sit at home. Then Ibn Umm Maktum came when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was dictating it to Zaid Bin Thabit and said if he were able to go for jihad he would have gone out for it too. After this Allah revealed another verse which stated that even though they are not equal but excepted from this rule are those believers who have physical disabilities such as being blind or lame etc. This hadith teaches us an important lesson which is no matter what our physical abilities may be we all have an important role in life according to our capabilities whether big or small we should always strive towards doing good deeds as much as possible so we can be rewarded by Allah SWT on the day of judgement .
