QUICK LESSONS:
Show mercy and compassion towards others even if they wrong you
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of forgiveness and mercy when resolving conflicts. It is narrated that a man bit the hand of another man but in that process the latter broke one incisor tooth of the former. Despite this act of aggression, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ chose to forgive him instead of punishing him for his actions. This teaches us that even when we are wronged or hurt by someone else, it is important to show mercy and compassion towards them and forgive them for their mistakes. We should strive to resolve conflicts peacefully without resorting to violence or aggression as this will only lead to more harm than good.
