EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us the importance of self-compassion and patience. He said that we should not be too hard on ourselves and instead seek help from Allah through supplication. We must remember that Allah is always there for us when we need Him and He will answer our prayers if we are patient in our supplications. We must also remember to have faith in Him and trust His plan for us even when things seem difficult or impossible. This Hadith reminds us of the importance of having patience with ourselves as well as with others, trusting in Allah’s plan for us, and seeking His help through prayer.
