Stoning the Jamrat with Pebbles

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad stoned the jamrat with pebbles that were similar in size to date stones or fingertips.

It was narrated from Jabir: That the Messenger of Allah stoned the jamrat with pebbles like date stones or fingertips.
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ
