Have peace in our hearts even during difficult times, follow instructions given by Prophet Muhammad , be mindful while performing religious rituals like stoning the jamarat during hajj .

The hadith narrated by Al-Fadl bin Abbas tells us that when people moved on the evening of Arafat and morning of Jam' (assembly at Al-Muzdalifah) during Hajj, Prophet Muhammad instructed them to have tranquility. He was reining in his camel, and when he entered Mina, he came down to Muhassir and said that they must pick up pebbles the size of date stones from their fingertips with which they should stone the Jamrat. This hadith teaches us about having peace in our hearts even during difficult times such as Hajj, as well as following instructions given by Prophet Muhammad. It also teaches us about being mindful while performing religious rituals like stoning the Jamrat during Hajj.
