Touching the House of Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad did not touch any part of the House except the two Yemeni Corners.

It was narrated from Salim that his father said: "I did not see the Messenger of Allah touching any part of the House except the two Yemeni Corners".
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ لَمْ أَرَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَمْسَحُ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ إِلاَّ الرُّكْنَيْنِ الْيَمَانِيَيْنِ

This hadith is about Prophet Muhammad's reverence for the House of Allah, also known as Baytullah in Arabic. It was narrated from Salim that his father said he never saw the Messenger of Allah touching any part of the House except for two Yemeni Corners, also known as Rukunayn in Arabic. This hadith teaches us to show respect and reverence for places that are sacred to our faith and religion. We should always remember to be mindful and respectful when we visit such places, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem at first glance.
