Sending Sacrificial Animals

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad advised people to only send sacrificial animals (Hadi) with a staff and provisions for the journey.

It was narrated from Aishah: That the Messenger of Allah used to send sheep as a Hadi,

QUICK LESSONS:
Provide sacrificial animals with a staff and provisions for their journey .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us that when sending sacrificial animals, such as Hadi, we should only provide them with a staff and some provisions for their journey. This is so that they can be taken care of during their travels. By providing these items, we are showing our responsibility towards the animal's wellbeing. Additionally, this hadith teaches us to be mindful of our actions when dealing with animals or any other living creature in general; we should always strive to ensure their safety and comfort before anything else. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example of how generous the Prophet was towards others; even though he himself was in need of many things at times, he still made sure to provide for those who were less fortunate than him.
