Sunan an-Nasai 2727 (Book 24, Hadith 109) #17338
Combining Hajj and Umrah

SUMMARY: The Prophet combined Hajj and Umrah, and no Qur'an was revealed concerning that, nor did the Prophet forbid it.

It was narrated from 'Imran: That the Messenger of Allah combined Hajj and "Umrah, then no Qur'an was revealed concerning that, and the Prophet did not forbid it, regardless of what one man may say.

QUICK LESSONS:
Seek knowledge from reliable sources before making decisions about religious practices

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the combination of two important Islamic pilgrimages - Hajj and Umrah. The Prophet Muhammad combined these two pilgrimages without any Quranic verse forbidding it. This shows us that we should not be quick to judge or criticize others for their actions if they are not explicitly forbidden in the Quran or Sunnah. We should also remember that even if something is permissible, it does not necessarily mean that it is recommended or encouraged by Allah. It is important to always seek knowledge from reliable sources before making decisions about our religious practices.
