Follow instructions given by Prophet Muhammad PBUH; Be mindful of one’s attire while performing religious rituals such as ‘Umra or Hajj pilgrimage; Respectfulness towards Allah’s house in Makkah;

This hadith speaks of proper etiquette when performing an 'Umrah. It was narrated from Safwan bin Ya'la that his father said that a man came to the Messenger of Allah wearing a jubbah and having applied khauq to his beard and head. The Prophet instructed him to take off the jubbah, wash off the perfume, and do whatever he would do for Hajj for 'Umrah. This teaches us that when performing an 'Umrah or Hajj pilgrimage, one should be mindful of their attire as well as any perfumes they may have used on their body or clothing. It is important to follow these instructions in order to show respect towards Allah's house in Makkah.
