QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for justice through jihad, Perform hajj al maboor with sincerity & devotion

EXPLANATIONS:
A man asked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ which deed was best. He replied that striving in the cause of Allah was the best deed. When asked what came next, he said performing Hajj Al-Mabroor. Jihad is an Arabic word meaning struggle or effort and it can refer to any kind of struggle for a good cause, such as striving against injustice or oppression. In this context, it refers to fighting in a war for a just cause with permission from Islamic authorities. Performing Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and involves making a pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in one's lifetime if they are able financially and physically able to do so. It must be done with sincerity and devotion as well as following all Islamic guidelines while there; this is known as performing Hajj Al-Mabroor which means 'the accepted pilgrimage'. This hadith teaches us that striving for justice through jihad is an important part of our faith but we should also remember our obligations towards God by fulfilling our religious duties such as performing hajj al mabroor with sincerity and devotion.
