QUICK LESSONS:
Practice self control even when faced with anger or rage .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ teaches us that true strength does not come from physical prowess or wrestling skills, but rather from having self control and being able to restrain oneself even when faced with anger or rage. It is important for us to remember this lesson and practice it in our daily lives so that we can become better people and have more meaningful relationships with others. We should strive to remain calm even when faced with difficult situations, as this will help us make better decisions and lead more fulfilling lives.
