QUICK LESSONS:
Choose whether or not you want to fast while traveling according to your own wishes and circumstances.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Hamzah bin 'Amr states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gave advice on fasting while travelling. He said that if one wishes to fast, they should do so, and if they wish not to fast then they should not. This hadith teaches us the importance of choice and freedom in our lives. It is important for us to be able to make decisions for ourselves and have control over our own lives, as long as it does not go against Islamic teachings. This hadith also shows us the importance of being flexible in certain situations such as when we are travelling, where it may be difficult or inconvenient to observe certain religious practices such as fasting. We must remember that Allah is merciful and understanding of our circumstances, so we should strive to do what we can within those circumstances without feeling guilty or overwhelmed by them.
