QUICK LESSONS:
Eat Suhoor every night during Ramadan

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith encourages us to take advantage of the blessings that Allah has given us. In this case, the blessing is having suhoor or sahur, which is a meal eaten before dawn during Ramadan. It was narrated by Abdullah bin Al-Harith who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad. Eating suhoor is an act of worship and obedience to Allah and should not be neglected or taken lightly. It also helps us have enough energy for fasting throughout the day and gives us strength for prayer and other acts of worship. Eating suhoor also helps in maintaining good health during Ramadan as it prevents dehydration and hunger pangs throughout the day. Therefore, we should make sure to eat suhoor every night during Ramadan so that we can benefit from its blessings both spiritually and physically.
