QUICK LESSONS:
Take part in sahur as it contains blessings from Allah .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith encourages us to take part in the pre-dawn meal known as sahur, which is a blessing from Allah. It is also a reminder that fasting is more than just abstaining from food and drink; it is about having faith in Allah and being mindful of our actions throughout the day. Furthermore, this hadith teaches us that fasting every single day does not necessarily mean we are fulfilling our religious obligations; rather, we should strive to be mindful of our actions even when we are not fasting.
