QUICK LESSONS:
Follow Allah's commands even if it is difficult for us to do so

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that we should not fast before the month of Ramadan begins. He also said that when we see the crescent moon at the beginning of Ramadan, then we should start fasting and when it appears again at the end of Ramadan then we should stop fasting. If clouds prevent us from seeing it, then we must complete thirty days of fasting. This hadith teaches us about patience and perseverance as well as following Allah's commands even if it is difficult for us to do so. We must remember that Allah knows what is best for us and will reward those who are patient in their faith.
