Sunan an-Nasai 2096 (Book 22, Hadith 7) #16707
Generosity of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was rarely seen cursing anyone and was generous in doing good deeds.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "Hardly anyone every remembered the Messenger of Allah cursing anyone, and if he had recently met with Jibril and studied the Quran with him, he was more generous in doing good than the blowing with".(Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rehman (An-Nasai) said; This is a mistake, and what is correct is the (previous) narration of Yunus bin Yazid, he put this narration in the Hadith.

QUICK LESSONS:
Be forgiving towards others no matter what they do or say to you .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith speaks about the generosity of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is narrated that Aishah said that he rarely cursed anyone, even if he had recently met with Jibril and studied the Quran with him. He was more generous in doing good than a blowing wind. Abu Abdur-Rehman An-Nasai also mentioned a narration from Yunus bin Yazid which confirms this hadith. This shows us how merciful and kindhearted our beloved prophet was, as he would not curse anyone even if they wronged him or his companions. He always chose to forgive them instead, showing us how important it is to be forgiving towards others no matter what they do or say to us.
