This hadith is about Prophet Muhammad's visit to graveyards. He would greet the inhabitants of the graveyard with peace and pray that they are in a better place if Allah wills it. He also prayed that he and those who are still alive would soon join them in their resting place if God wills it. The Prophet also asked God to keep them all safe from harm or danger.
