Prophet's Sorrow for Companions

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) announced the death of two companions before news of their death came and was filled with sorrow.

It was narrated from Anas: that the Messenger of Allah announced the news of the death of Zaid and Ja'far before news of them came. He announced their death and his eyes were overflowing with tears.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَعَى زَيْدًا وَجَعْفَرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِيءَ خَبَرُهُمْ فَنَعَاهُمْ وَعَيْنَاهُ تَذْرِفَانِ
