Be patient during times of grief; Seek solace in knowing Allah will take care; Be kind & comforting towards those who are grieving; Uncovering one’s face while weeping is allowed if done without causing harm or distress to others .

On the day of Uhud, Jabir's father was killed and he started to uncover his face while weeping. The people around him told him not to do that but the Messenger of Allah did not forbid him. His aunt also started to weep and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) comforted them by saying that angels kept on shading his father with their wings until they lifted him up. This hadith teaches us that it is okay to grieve for our loved ones who have passed away but we should also remember that Allah will take care of them in a way we cannot imagine. It is important for us to be patient during times of grief and seek solace in knowing that our loved ones are being taken care of by Allah. We should also remember to be kind and comforting towards those who are grieving as this hadith shows us how even during difficult times, Prophet Muhammad showed compassion towards others.
