Pray four rak’ahs before and after Zuhr prayer consistently .

This hadith speaks to the importance of prayer in Islam. It tells us that if we pray four rak’ahs before and after Zuhr prayer, Allah will protect us from the Fire. A rak’ah is a unit of Islamic prayer which consists of standing, bowing, prostrating and sitting in between two prostrations.
