Follow and respect teachings and traditions set by Prophet Muhammad PBUH

This hadith highlights the importance of following the traditions set by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was narrated by Ziyad bin Jubair that he saw Ibn 'Umar passing by a man who was about to slaughter an animal. Ibn 'Umar advised him to do it in accordance with the tradition set by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He suggested that it should be done while standing with one leg tied up. This hadith teaches us to follow and respect the teachings and traditions set by our beloved prophet as they are for our own benefit and guidance. We should always strive to follow his footsteps in all aspects of life as this will lead us towards success both in this world and hereafter.
