QUICK LESSONS:
Pray twelve extra rak’ahs during the day and night apart from prescribed prayers.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of a great reward for those who pray twelve rak’ahs during the day and night, apart from their prescribed prayers. Umm Habibah bin Abi Sufyan reported that she heard Prophet Muhammad say that Allah will build a house in Paradise for whoever prays these extra rak’ahs. This shows us how important it is to make supplications to Allah and how generous He is with His rewards. It also teaches us that we should strive to do more than what is required of us in order to gain even greater rewards from Allah, the Mighty and Sublime.
