This hadith is about Abdullah bin Umar, a companion of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). He used to slaughter his sacrifice at the Manhar, which was a place designated by Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). The act of sacrificing an animal as an offering to God is known as qurbani in Arabic and dhabh in Urdu. It is a way for Muslims to show their devotion and obedience to God. By sacrificing an animal, Muslims are reminded that they should be willing to give up something precious for the sake of their faith. Furthermore, it teaches them that they should be generous and kind towards others even if it means giving up something valuable or important.
