EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of supplicating to Allah for rain. It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would not raise his hands in any of his supplications except when praying for rain. Shu'bah asked Thabit if he heard it from Anas and Thabit replied with a confirmation of “Subhan Allah!” which means “Glory be to God!” This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah and ask Him for help in times of need. We should also remember that He is the one who can provide us with what we need and He will answer our prayers if we are sincere in our intentions. Furthermore, this hadith reminds us to be thankful and grateful to Allah whenever He answers our prayers or grants us something we have asked Him for.
