QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your physical abilities when worshipping Allah SWT . Make adjustments according your age/health conditions .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) prayer habits. He used to pray witr with thirteen rak’ahs when he was younger and stronger. As he grew older and weaker, his prayer changed to nine rak’ahs. This teaches us that we should be mindful of our physical abilities when it comes to worshiping Allah SWT. We should not push ourselves too hard if we are unable to do something due to age or health reasons; instead, we should adjust our worship accordingly so that it is still meaningful and beneficial for us spiritually.

This hadith also teaches us the importance of adapting our lifestyle according to our age or physical condition; as we grow older or experience changes in health, it is important for us to make adjustments so that we can continue living a healthy life while still fulfilling our religious obligations. It also reminds us that Allah SWT knows what is best for each one of us and He will guide us on how best to live according to His will even if this means making changes in how we practice certain rituals such as prayer.
