This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ sent some of his followers with a group of Hadis to the Ka'ba in Mecca, while he himself stayed in Medina. Aisha was tasked with twisting garlands for these people before they left. The Prophet ﷺ also marked and garlanded them before sending them off on their journey.
